When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 7-21 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 - 14 working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you. In case you did not receive this email, please email us at contact@kitchendreams.store.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the area you are ordering from. If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VTA duties. In other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. Please be aware that example.com does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. What is your returns policy?

We offer 7-days after delivery hassle-free return for your items. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. kitchendreams.store offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at contact@kitchendreams.store.
